I purchased items from their website Preciouspuppies.net using my credit card and I never recieved items, even after 4 months. I contacted the owner through e-mail and telephone and I never was refunded nor were the items ever sent.

Told the owner of plans to file a report and she made a complete turn around!

I contacted the owner of the company that I am filing on and she made a complete 180 degree turn around and is now saying that she will refund my money, SO we will see if she follows through with it.
