We hired Nathan Moses and with preferred home builders to do an addition to our home in Encino, We were promised high quality finished construction but what we got with Preferred was an office staff who never knew what was going on and very low quality construction.

When the job was completed we contacted Nathan and preferred about our list consisting of the exterior stucco which was cracking and peeling off, our closet door which was falling apart, the closet system which fell down, the laundry door that fell down, the hole in our laundry room wall, no caulk around our baseboards, nails popping back through the walls in the master bedroom and bathroom a new bathtub faucet that leaked from the minute it was installed. Now after the work has been completed the grout has come out on the floor of our kitchen, the tiles are cracking and coming up and the entire kitchen floor has to be removed and done the correct way.

I contacted Tamir Pinhas (the owner) and after listening to him argue and yell at me that he was a reputable contractor the conversation ended without any offer from him to have preferred correct their completely low quality work.

The cost to correct Preferred Home Builders (The Friendly Contractor) low quality work will be yet another added expense that I will have to pay for myself.

The bottom line is that they sold us a High quality finished construction job but delivered a very low quality finished product, as of the moment I am writing this we have discovered that our tile in the kitchen is cracking and popping up, and we now have the drywall around the tub in the bathroom is dissolving and opening up due to improper installation.

There are so many more issues than I can list.

This company does not take pride in their work and has cut every corner in order to make more profit, I have spoken to both Nathan Moses and Tamir Pinhas but the only thing they do is yell and argue.

This is completely unacceptable and you should be aware that this company has no concern about honesty or standing behind their work.
