First I purchased the vacation on March 26, 2018 and I make deposit for $300 USD and we agreed that the rest should be installment and that booking is under my name. Then the agent named "Gennie Sioson" called again and mention that there's another offer just came out for $898USD the first one that we purchased on installment basis is for $1098USD. So when we heard the new offer, off course we are excited because we can save $200USD and the first thing we asked to the agent is if we can refund the deposit that we made on the first purchased and he said YES.

I have the copy of all our conversation over the fb messenger that we can refund that deposit. So my husband make another purchased with the promised that first purchased is refundable he purchased on April 16, 2018 under my husband name, we pay that full amount of $898USD because they us the price might up again.

Gennie the agent told us that the refund should be in the card coz they deducted his commission already but unitl now no refund is not back on my credit card. This happen between march/ april but til now I did'nt get my refund. hopefully ripoffreport help me to get my money back for the deposit that I made. Thanks in advance

Good morning!!

The customer service of that company gave the gift certificate and when you tried to activate the gift certificate you need to have deposit first before you can check if the location you want is listed or not and the date you wanted.. We are living here in Canada not is United States so the gift certificate that they offer mostly you can use in north america.

So that means the gift certificate are useless... THE ONLY THING THAT I WANT IS THE REFUND FOR THE MONEY THAT THEY TOOK IT... They offer digital incentive which is not available for us...I am sitll hoping riffoff report still look into this case...

The cusomer agent named Nicolas Romeu help me out and gave us digital incentive that we can used in exchange the refund that the sale rep promised.
