Premier Premium Communications ripoff, Fraudulent billing through internet virus scam via Dial-up Bedford New Hampshire

I recieved a phone bill for $53+, for phone calls I did not make, phone company cancelled charges. two days later, recieved via US Mail, a bill for $120 for "entertainment charges" from the same UK phone # on phone bill. I contacted Premier Premium via their website, to challenge this bill, and today recieved a reply stating basically that no matter who, and no matter why the calls were placed, that I was responsible to pay the bill, with various legal precedents quoted in their reply. My computer has been plagued with internet "stoppages" in service, and these "stoppages" oddly co-incide with the times that I have been billed for these calls. I did not request this service from Premier Premium, and I feel that I am the victim of a Modern Day Shakedown...No amount of spyware, or adware remover has been able to remove this VIRUS or WORM from my computer, and Gateway reps. have told me that to remove this program type, my computer MUST be re-configured at the factory. I am going to contact my attorney, and see what re-course is left to me. WARNING these people are good at what they are doing! Do not let them win!
