Alice,

Please don't give in and pay this. This the biggest scam I've ever seen. I suggest that you contact them and advise them that you've contacted the FTC, FCC, FBI, Attorney's General's Office in Florida, New Hampshire and Fort Worth and the USPS. [DELETED]

I did this yesterday and and received a response from him stating "I have issued a credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. I do apologize for the billing error and ant inconvenience it may have caused". I also called Tellis the long distance carrier on my phone bill for this charge, without question they issued me a credit on my bill.
