I worked for this company for a very brief time.  In the beginning I did not want to believe that what we wre doing was wrong because I needed the money I was making.  But I eventually quit.

This company calls Wyndham Timeshare owners and pretends to work on the RCI side of Wyndham.  They then get the elderly to give them their credit card information and passwords to their wyndham account.   They take the vacation points from these people and sell them and redistribute them to others.

It is a huge scam.  They will not give their employees a W2 and make everyone that works for them work off a 1099 so they do not have to provide insurance.

They need to be exposed nationwide for they hunt anyone and everyone.  They will cal Wyndham and theu have a salesman that will pretend to be an old person and forgot his or her password.

Scary !!!

Do not work for these people, and if yo work for the government, please investigate.

I showed up to work on time every day for the short time I worked there.  Out of the 5 employees that were working in front at that time, I was one of the 4 that quit on the same day. I willget ahold of the other girls that worked there and have them tell teir story as well.   This company steals from the elderley. Look at their website, It is a complete scam. At the time I was there, I had a sales manager that had me call off a script. I got hung up on all day long and only when I could find someone old enough or confused enough to believe the script, I then turned over my lead to the sales manager. She would then lie even greater to these elderly, promising that we were part of RCI.... in which we are not, and if RCI ever listened to these conversations, this place would be shut down. ..   We would then tell these elderly we can help them by selling off their time share points...   I never once heard not one of the people I call ever get any compensation for their points, or if they did, it was quite considerably less that what we promissed and or took months to do it..   I received so many complaints and had some of the elderly cry to me over the phone.  I didnt know what to do so I would have over the call to my sales manager... and she would just lie and make fales promises just to save the deal..  I even seen her offer a little bit of compensation back just to save time and push off this client.  I did not feel right calling 80 year old people to take from them.  On several occasions, I watched the salesmen call Wyndham and pretend to be the client and talk as if the salesman was an old man or woman just to con Wyndham into giving the salesman the wyndham password.    That way, premiere rewards could get into their account and take all their timeshare points.

It was a complete scam to work for, they can say what they want about me, or anyone else that complains about them.  But the truth is... This is a time share scam at its finest that preys on the elderly and takes their money.

I remember this one time the lady told me she was handicap and her husband had passed away and she didnt have any money.... so the salesman took the phone away from me and he and the sales manager...somehow got the lady to give them a credit card with a 100 percent assurance theat they would have a lawyer take care of everything...  later that day, I over heard the sales manager say there is no way we can guarantee that, but she then told the salesmen to turn it in and seee what happens.

I didnt get fired, I quit. the same time 3 others quit because we all talked about this over lunch. If this company wants to try and prove me a liar...  I will contact these other ex-employees, and they each said they will file a report as well.

THE PERSON THAT WROTE THIS WAS FIRED AND DISGRUNTLED

AUTHOR: Premier - (United States)

The person that wrote this was fired for poor production and can't show up to work to save their life.  Any person that works for our company knows exactly what we do and would understand how are clients are fulfilled.  I welcome anyone to come to our office at any time.  We have clients come here from all across the US for our services and this won't affect us.  It is sad that because one person doesn't understand and is ignorant to how something works that they can even put a complaint for people to see on a good legitimate company.

Every company hires a bad nut ever once in a while.  With all that being said, I am happy to sign any potential client up for free for our services just so they can see how much it would benefit them.

Best of luck to the person that wrote the initial complaint, THEY ARE GOING TO NEED IT IN LIFE
