We also had trouble with Premium 2000plus.
When we purchased our 2001 Volvo Tractor.We also purchased a warranty for 24 months 200,000 miles so we have NO DOWN TIME

as the flyer said.Yes they are strick and I can understand that.We kept our truck in tip top shape it was always in the shop for anything that might be wrong big our small.We also have a dump truck that is kept up and had for 3 years.No problem with the people we do business with maintaining that.Totally differant people and I do thank them for that.

Tha engine blew in NY,It was a Value spring that let go and dropped down in the piston which then blew through the motor.It is a machainal failure which I faxed all the information even the diagnostic report to Volvo garages who does repairs on them.This was in differant states and and differant garages who don't even know each other.This problem had nothing to do with maintainance good or bad it was a failure that could have happened any time this was the conclution of all of them.

They got us on a time our truck was in to be gone over while driver was home and the oil change wasnt put down on the bill.This happened months before the break down.Our oil had been changed at an average of 8000 to 10,000 miles.The oil had nothing to do with this failure as all machanices have told me.

I made phone calls and faxed information to these people.The place we bought the truck from also called them to help us knowing it was nothing we did.I was told they always pay there warranties and then had me mixed up with someone with a transmission problem that they paid only a portion of so I guess we arn't the only ones.

In the 3 months I have worked on this and no working with us we have had to give up our business which was in good standing and we had worked hard to build.So please anyone who buys a warranty check first to see if this company is willing to keep you from DOWN TIME and losing your business.
