purchased a set of decorating tips for a holiday gift and have not received them yet.  The purchase was made on oct. 17 and my credit card was charged on oct 17.  according to my account with them the order was fulfiled.  don't know what that means. 

there is no customer service phone number to call nor did they respond to my e-mail.  accourding to my bank there is not enough information available to trace the transaction.
