I rec'd a free sample of premium white for the cost of ship & handling - then several days later my credit card was charged $86.93 - finally got in touch and was told that the "free sample" wasn't returned so they charged me for it!@ Who charges any money for a free sample - I would not have paid $2.95 from the product off the shelf at a store not only did it not work I am now being given the run around about the warehouse having to check it in before I will be issued a refund! this is christmas - that was my grocery $$ and $$ to buy my children a gift for Christmas! I am in tears and they are just liars! How do these people get away with this s**t! Please someone help us! This has to be illegal!
