 www.presspasscollectibles.com, thank you very much for the utter disappointment and poor customer service.  I bought an autograph from them, and paid very quickly.  Unfortunately, as the days went by I became concerned over why my item had not yet arrived.

So...I reached out to www.presspasscollectibles.com to ask when I should expect.  Much to my surpirse they claimed it had already arrived and they had a tracking number.  I explained that I never got it, and that is when the rip off began...

To make a long, difficult back and forth (between them and I ) short, they basically told me to fiure it out with the post office.  I have a business of my own with many employees and customers, and we have the reputation we do because we never let a customer leave unhappy or simply place blame somewhere else.  We make it right...that is what good customer service is.  In the case of www.presspasscollectibles.com, they just wanted my money. 

By the way, their shipping offers no insurance and they do not require a signature for your autograph from the delivery service (but they proudly exclaim "free shipping" as one of their advantages over the competition).  So buyer beware, because if your item even shows up (which mine didn't)...it could be left sitting at your front door in the rain.  I wonder if that is good for the signature?

In the end, they got nasty and I got screwed.  So I am turning to this site as way to hopefully help people know the way www.presspasscollectibles.com really does business, and to warn them away.  They also have a heavy eBay presence.  There are many other fine autograph and memorabilia providers out there.  Look elsewhere or risk losing your money and feeling totally ripped off in the end!

Presspasscollectibles.com     You're source for poor customer service, bad deals and no form of customer resolution or mutual agreement. Don't be fooled!  OR...risk your money!  If you can't trust them with their guarantee or offers, can any of us even trust their authenticity?  Lots of happy people, but do they even have what they paid for?  I hope so and cannot claim otherwise, but if someone can't follow through on their core business philosophy and promises then what are we consumers left to do?  Well, confused and unsure...we buy from someone else and be sure. Presspasscollectibles.com   you're source for a bad experience!

WOW! BAD BAD BAD AFTERALL!!!

I pleaded, compromised and tried to be very nice in every way with this business, presspasscollectibles.com.  Unfortunately, I had to turn to this site for help because they decided to screw me.  Luckily, this site helped and they responded suddenly willing to listen.

I was please and wrote an update to my report commending the company.  They gave me a discount on another purchase and I was ready to be a customer again now that we had worked it out.  BUT...they had no interest.  I went to buy one of their items tonight and it said they will no longer accept my offers.

Truth is they were nasty from the beginning, and I had to go to great lengths to try and recover money for something I never got (and I did not recover all of my money anyway).  Too many great businesses in this memorabilia industry to trust these guys.  Presspasscollectibles.com is a disrespectuful and immoral business...but they'll take your money if you fall for it like I did...Watch out on eBay too...that is where they really get you!

Careful if you complain too...because they will sing you a sweet song and then leave you out to dry after you make your review changes.  Look elsewhere and protect your money and invest/enjoy elsewhere!  Trust me...or wish you did...

Made a mistake on my part and said the company name incorrectly on the response.  It is presspasscollectibles.com, not the other incorrect one I mentioned.  Sorry!

They made me a nice offer to make things right!  I have not received the offer yet and have been told the owner is out of town.  But I believe they will honor their offer and we will do future business.  I'll keep you all updated!  Thanks

They heard the report, and responded in kind fashion settling our issue where all parties are happy.  I am proud to say my review before this is wrong and that this company is great afterall!  I would like to remove the review, but I do not know how?  Can anyone help me?
