Do not use this man or his company!!!!
He shows up in a Pressure Tech van, wearing a Pressure Tech shirt, writes the contract on Pressure Tech letterhead but then has you write the check personally to him!
This is because he is doing business in the state of New Jersey with an EXPIRED contractor's license----according to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs.
Oh, and check the Better Business Bureau where he has an UNFAVORABLE rating. Thats because he has prior complaints that he has not answered.
He asks for 50% upfront, cashes your check the same day and then doesn't show up on the job for weeks. Stops answering calls and then has his wife call with lame excuses.
After the work was completed, my house looked worse than before he started. Obvious unskilled work with serious problems and flaws.
When you try to get resolve he goes into a tirade and makes personal attacks on you. Lots of Lying and the most unprofessional poor quality work you could never imagine.
