Prestige Camera gray market not what i ordered no warranty card all in Japanese Brooklyn New York

I purchased a digital camera from them and when I received the camera it came in a box that was written in probably 70% Japanese and it did not even look correct. I then got right on the phone with panasonic and asked them about the box with the writing and they said it was bought overseas and shipped back here but not by panasonic. they also said the serial number even sounded suspicious but just keep bill of sale.

I then called two other camera stores and they had indeed said that the camera are gray market and If I needed repairs that panasonic would probably not touch it. I also ordered an aftermarket warranty and that was not shipped and I ordered a table top tripod and a cleaning kit and if you seen what they sent that was supposed to be a table tripod you would laugh.

I have a feeling I am going to get the runaround for a full refund because they are going to keep a restocking fee and I feel it was misrepresented in the ad and on the phone. If you seen the camera when I turned the camera over everything is i Japanese except the serial number. Even the accessories are written in Japanese. I was told By Panasonic and the two other camera stores everything should be written in english and not Japanese which tells them it is a gray market camera and not legit. also no warranty in box camera had no clear film over LCD screen and screen was in open position instead of closed position. and everything in written in Japanese.
