Priceline Moving & Storage Stole my money and did not provide the service Atlanta Georgia

I was ripped off by Priceine Moving and Storage . They stole my deposit and did not provide me the moving service that was promised.  On June 8th I signed a contract stating that Priceline will be able to move all of my household goods at the price of $ 1550.00. I was to pay $465 deposit to book the reservation and secure the truck and $580 when they loaded the household goods on the truck  and $505 when it was delivered to my new address. I told the sells person Romeo Pereze  excatly everthing I needed to move and he said 410 cf will be able to accomadate all my household goods. So we set a pick up date for Sunday11 2017. When the truck arrived the truck driver told me there was not enough space to transport all my household good. I advised the truck drivers  Priceline Moving & Storage will be able to fit all my items. The truck driver call back to the Priceline moving company and explained the situation. The truck driver said the manager Mike said they can move my thing for $600 more.The price jumped from $1550 to $2150. This was not our agreement. Priceline Moving and Storage signed contract stating they will be able to move all my things. I immediately advised I was not going pay addition 4600, when I agree to pay another amount of 1550.I refused to pay and the truck drive drove off with out providing me service. I called the company and spoke with Mike and Anthony. I called twice . The first time I called he hung up on me. The second time I called he told me I had to pay 600 more. I told him I wanted my money back becuasue services were not provided to me. He refused to give me my money my refund .I have contacted the BBB and Us Department of transportation Federal motor Carrier and file a complaint against this compnay. The address that Priceline Moving and storage provided are 6479 Peachtree Industrial blvd, Atlanta,30360 and 2345 Peachtree Industrial blvd 30360. I looked up these address. Both of these address are NOT registered to Priceline Moving and Storage . The company lists a fraud address which does not belong to them. I have reached out the city of Gwinnett, Doravill and Atlant and can not find a business license formation. Priceline Moving and Storage company is a fraudalent and theift  company. They bank drafted $465 out of my account and did not provide me service
