I have had a lot of success with Priceline in the past. I've gotten great deals and saved a lot of money. I would say just be very careful when you are dealing with them. I was trying to book a hotel between $100-$120 a night. I used the bidding section of priceline to do this. Every time I made a bid it said nothing was found so eventually I gave up and decided to look on other websites. All of a sudden I got an email from Priceline congratulating me on my purchase. It was a hotel I didn't want in a town I hadn't searched for. And it cost $130 per night. I was so confused and called their customer service. They wouldn't change or cancel the purchase. They need to be more accommodating to their customers. They would be a more successful business if they were. Fortunately, I can make this work and won't lose a whole ton of money, but buyer beware!

Priceline sent me a $100 coupon for my next hotel room purchase through them. I guess that's better than nothing...It never hurts to speak up!
