Priceline Priceline Hotels Business Logic defies logic Internet

My issue with Priceline is that on their website when I did a search to book a hotel for London, in Ontario, Canada it will switch the location without any warning. The list would show up correctly and it presented me with three tabs, the first two tabs will show the correct information however when switching to the Best Deal tab it automatically switches to London, UK. Unfortunately at the time I did not realize that it has switch on me and it found a match for London, UK. You can imagine my desperation, I contacted CS but they only offered me a cancellation option for 127 dollars which is the same price as the hotel itself. CS wen't on to say that they would send me an email and allow me to try again (not in a million years) and if I get a successfull booking they would wave the 127 dollars but charge me a 25 dollar flat fee. When I pointed out the business logic error on their website there was no acknoledgement or apology that the website is not working correctly.

Amazing that this is not the first time that this has happened to someone and the website owners have still not fixed it. Makes you wonder.
