Priceline.com has an unfair policy in cases where emergencies arise and a resonable change needs to be made to a ticket. Priceline will not allow partial use of a ticket for a departure only or a return only. The whole ticket must be used or you lose the whole ticket and there is no refund.

The no change policy is clear, but the no use of partial ticket is not clear in on line reservations. Some flexibility should be used with loyal customers who have a record of using Priceline.com for a travel reservations.

Nothing is done to help a customer who has an emergency situation that is beyond their control, after tickets have been purchased.

This policy should be changed.

Learn before you Leap

Gail, you need to learn a few things before you leap into the world with STUPID COMMENTS & UNKNOWN FACTS. Priceline is nothing more than a Ticket Broker. After you purchased your ticket thru them, they are done with you. The Airline is the one that imposed the rules on Priceline & YOU thru them when you bought that REALLY CHEAP AIRFARE you thought. Well one of the things about that REALLY CHEAP Airfare is NO CHANGES. Let me repeat that NO CHANGES !!!!!!

Once again you & every other IDIOT that uses Priceline & decides you are special & need to change should be allowed to. Well that LOW COST ticket is so low for a reason. NO CHANGES !!!! Got that. So next time, instead of trying to get the CHEAPEST & think how GREAT you are cause you screwed the Airlines.

Spend a few dollars more & book direct. No olicy change needed. You just need to LEARN MORE !!!!! By the way, NO CHANGES !!!!!
