Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When bidding on a hotel on the Priceline website, they booked the hotel in the wrong city. After the round and round with their so called customer service department they refused to make any adjustments. My option was to totally cancel the reservation. Doing that they would charge me the price of a one night stay. My other option was to cancel the reservation and resubmit. Sounds good..huh. Only hitch is they charge you an addtional $25 to do that with no guarantee that the same mistake would not happen. They are one of the most deceptive companies I have ever dealt with. Talk about bait and switch....Priceline is the king.

Your title should read "I booked the wrong city while using Priceline" Always trying to pass the blame to the business. Instead of just saying that you made a mistake. Shame Shame on you.....Admit it you made the mistake not Priceline. The only ripoff is that you ripped off yourself....and trying to make Priceline comp you for YOUR error.

Are you serious? How did Priceline get the city wrong? You think they just pick a city at random and book a hotel room?
You didn't give any information in your report. What city did you want and what city did you get?
It's time you were honest with yourself and admit you typed it in wrong!
