October a depoosit of 671$ was paid as a deposit to get work done with the bathroom. a week later, we had to cancel the work, and they said they would refund the money. this was Still October. November (late) a call was made about the refund, and was told a refund takes about 4-6 weeks for a refund, from when contacted to refund. Still nothing til Mid December. Another call was made..and then they had to have me call at least 3 different numbers til the corporate office number was given.
We called, and told of the situation, and the lady on the phone checked records, and no paperwork was filed for a refund. She said she would rush everything (she said without a rush, it takes about 10 days)... it has been over 10 days now, and No sign of the refund. Now you cant get ahold of anyone at the corporate office... the operator will forward you to " the proper person" which, after 2 phone calls during the 10 day follow up, has been at least 2 different people... it has gone straight to voice mail, as well as when calling the corporate number, and selecting the fiananical dept, getting voice mail there too. Left messages all times..and NOT a single phone call back. This was expect way before Xmas too.. DO NOT DEAL business with

Yes, Primax was a horrible company. They were a company who bought into Bath Fitter to be a franchise, which means they are not the same company.
Along with the St Louis population, Bath Fitter recognized that Primax sucked. So Primax was going broke anyway, so Bath Fitter bought out Primax and now the 2 offices operating in St Louis are corporate owned and provide excellent products.
