Prime Acceptance Corp harrassing phone calls, Threats of calling the cops on me, paying off company not entitled to Chicago Illinois

Summit company aquired this company to as a source of line of credit to pay for one of their products, this company states they voice recorded my husband confirming a contract but when asked to replay it they will not respond, The we tried to cancel our contract with summit in the legal 72hrs we had and was refused, the sale rep, stated she would loose her job if she allowed us to back out and they refused and sent the product back to me after i returned it. So I could not get rid of this item and still stuck with it on my credit, Prime acceptance calls all the time even at work where I can not be recieving calls and I have asked them not to. T

hey threaten me with calling the cops,and going to court taking our house, taking money for our wages, i asked them to take us to court because the product they backed with a loan malfunctions and is dangerous, this has been reported to BBB also. I believe this company didn't even check our credit report because if so why did they allow a credit line for nearly 4000.00 to a person who just filed bankruptcy, sounds like this company likes to bring problems onto their self, I would be leary of doing business, also BBB reports 30 complaints of all kinds in a 36 month time frame, that seems to be a lot.
