Prime Benefits ripoff Springfield Virginia

I went to my bank to take out some money and it said insufficent funds. I know I had money, I didn't understand the problem. That's when I went to talk to someone in my bank. They told me some company had taken out $87.00 8/23/04. The company's name is Prime Benefits. I have never heard of them. I had no idea who it was or even what they do.

So I had some phone calls to make. I called their 1 800 number at first it was busy and after 10 more times trying to call someone picked up. I told her my name and I asked her why they had taken $87.00 out of my account. She told me I had to have talked to someone and given my account number. After I told her 5 times I didn't talk to anyone or fill out anything, she said my packet is in the mail. That's when I said I have no idea who you are or what you do. She explained that it's medical benefits. Well what's that? I said I didn't want to be on any list and didn't want anything to do with then again.
