PRIME ONE RIPOFF FRAUDULANT DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I SAID NO NEW YORK New York

I called the bank to check my balance, in order to balance my account, ad found a $187.00 debit to my account. When disputing it wih the bank,saying i did not authorize any debits to my account, the bank informed me it was done by prime one at 416-542-1611.

I told the bank i did not eve know wh prime one is. I receive calls daily for credit card offers, which promise an usecured card, if you sent in a membership fee.

All have been told NOOOOOOO, IM NOT INTERESTED, TAKE ME OFF YUR CALL LIST. I do not give my account number to any credit card telemarketers, therefore do not know how they obtained it.

They stole my money, and the banks response was to discuss it with prime one, who doesn't seem to be reachable at the number given me by the bank, taken from the ach info.

It caused and overdraft on my account,which of course the bank will hold me accountable for, regardless of the fact that they let someone debit my account. Their defense is the person had my account number. So i guess i am to assume, if someone steals my number, wihout my knowledge, that gives them free access to my account and me responsible for the overdraft or other misc charges,such as stop payment fees, which I now don't have, because they wiped out even the money that was credited to my account for child support.

Are't there laws to protect ctizens from this kind o fraud and theft? I for one intend to pursue this to the limits!

NO ONE IS GOING TO TAKE FOOD OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF MY CHILDREN, WITHOUT REPAYMENT OFTHE THEFT IN FULL!!!
