Plain and simple. They had a free offer, that I tried. It was for a teeth whitening gel-pen. I just paid the initial shipping & handling, but was charged another $79 not more than two weeks later. I called to cancel which I was told had to be within the trial period. My bad. No big deal because they garauntee a full refund once I returned the unused product.

Then today, not more than another week later, I see another charge on my account for Elitepack. Without a doubt, I call back Dazzle Smile with no answer so I opted for the online chat. I got a rep right away that wanted a bunch of info right off the bat. I didn't give him any but my first name and state and somehow he pulled everything right up. (Savvy sneaky bastards)

I told him to cancel the membership which he said was already done. So I made it clear to also the other hidden memberships that they also subscribed me too. Oh, well, surprise, the rep just happened to know exactly what I was talking about and gave me another CS number to call and cancel something else. I gave hima tasteful piece of my mind, saved the whole encounter to another document and left it at that.

Unlike several of you, I happened to be lucky enough that my bank JUST issued it's customers new credit cards for the new year. Without any hesitation and snagged and activated the new card. The won't get anything else from me.
