My Cousin Unfortunately Bought 5 or 6 Candles Back at End of October or November not quite sure and Received All of the Candles BROKEN! She Said she talked to someone With the company and they Said SHE Would have to pay The Return Shipping and everything to get Replacements And I Ended up Getting a Broken Candle for Christmas Which I Can Attach Pictures of it here!I've tried 3 times to email them and HAVE NEVER Heard back and neither has she and she is very busy working Full Time!We Both Need Some Assistance from someone! I Can't believe this company would do this to so many customers! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL LEGALLY ALLOWED TO SELL And Have a SCAM WEBSITE TOO!Disgusted with this company to say the least!Someone NEEDS To Do Something NOW And Make Things Right for all of us that lost our money!2016-12-29

Prize Candle products ordered as Christmas gifts were not as promissed many of the candles had foul smells to them especially the Bourban Candle I spent over 200.00 with this company and am not pleased that they were not a company after the holidays to contact them with my complaints and the fact i wanted to return many of the items i had purchased very poor business practice and almost all of the rings were the same crappy and very cheap internet on-line based Internet
