I have ordered from Prize Candle in the past and have been happy with the product.

I recently ordered 4 candles for Christmas gifts. I did receive them, however, two of them are broken. I have tried calling Prize candle, the number is disconnected. I've tried looking them up on-line, no luck there either, unable to get the site to pull up.

So now, not only am I out the Christmas gifts but out the money as well. Where do I go for help with this?
