Caution doing business with Raymond Borgfeldt of Proaudioline Inc.
Currently under investigation for several frauds. Sells Audio equipment to ebay stores using stolen identity's on credit cards of his friends or from his intimate relationships. He purchases large amounts of inventory through manufacturers then stops payments on the checks. He also breaks dealer agreements selling audio equipment to his UKPROAUDIO ebay store overseas & customers DO NOT receive their factory warranty's or repairs for their purchases.
He's known to date women building their trust by falling in love quickly & using their credit cards & money to finance his business. He travels throughout the the world often simultaneously having several relationships with women from coast to coast. Previously arrested for Domestic Violence on July 2007 Case # BO7-41989 Miami, Florida.
There have been 2 other incidents of past relationships with physical abuse when he gets drunk to women. He counterfeiters rental car vouchers & gives them away as favors to earn your trust.
Get references of all who have been in business with him should you decide to do business with Audio sales. Get references of past relationships should you decide to date him & do not bring your credit card on the date or allow him to drink too much. Get references from other manufacturers should you extend him credit. Get references from previous eBay owners who have been in business with him, should he convince you to open up a store with his help.
Get credit & bank references should you give any personal identity information to him. Caution giving him any money or authorization to ship audio equipment for you. Verify his tracking numbers for shipments immediately.

UKPROAUDIO is no longer in business! His partner Dan Priest cut ties with Raymond Borgfeldt due to being caught by the Manufacturers for breaking dealer agreements & territorial laws shipping pro audio overseas. Currently under investigation with the UK Govenment for evading Customs Vat taxes.
Raymond Borgfeldt of Proaudioline Inc. has been terminated by all the pro audio Manufacturers for unethical business practices.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NEW EBAY STORE ABSOLUTEPROAUDIO!
There is NO factory warranty on any purchase because he is NOT an authorized dealer.
He has NO inventory that is listed on the ebay site. He waits for your money to be submitted through paypal & then "try's" & buys the equipment sideways, often using excuses or not answering your emails. You will wait sometimes a month for your equipment.
He'll use handy excuses like, lightening hit the warehouse...THERE IS NO WAREHOUSE! or there was a roof leak & it damaged the equipment. THERE IS NO ROOF LEAK! He'll give you ghost tracking numbers to buy time. Raymond Borgfeldt is NOT TO BE TRUSTED with your money!
He's known for stealing & using other people's credit cards to purchase equipment overseas & they cannot press charges abroad.
He's known to steal $30,000 at a time of money from people overseas, or large amounts of inventory purchased from Manufacturers & then stops the payment on the checks but keeps the equipment. He's known to fraud insurance company's for shipments after taking out policy's, but doesn't ship the equipment & uses ghost tracking numbers.
