prodermagen god knows with all the various names and charges, ( unauthorized) that are being deducted from my ac billing with unauthorized charges even thoufgh i have received a aknowledgement from them order cancelled, not within there specified 20 day period, but, less than 10 minutes after order plsaced new york new york

I placed a order for a sample of their product which carried a cost of $ 4.77. As soon as I placed rthe order a note came up indicating auto ship on a monthly basis and charges applicable if not cancelled with in a specific time frame. having only heard yet not personally experience the horror stories of this auto ship billing, I immediately called and cancelled all transactions.

I immediately followed this up with an e-mail confirmation and requested an acknowledgement of receipt from them. this came, within 2 hours, (beleived to be the time zone difference) indicating the order had been updated and presumed, ( wrongly by myself cancelled) they provided an acknowledgement number for the cancellation.

As i have a financial advocate who was out of town, i had made arrangements to have the bank make 2 bill payments dated for the next day, ( september 13, 2013). I opted to check on the 13th just to ensure my bills had i fact been paid and i could advise my advocate upon her return. I noted only 1 of the 2 had been paid. upon investigation and a query to my bank as to why the second had not been paid, i was informed it was due to lack of funds avaliable. these buggers had drained my account with the exception of 4 cents and charged for all kinds of nonsense. i might add at that time and to this date i have not received form this company, any thing at all, even the sample i was reqyesting.

my bank indicated this is clearly a matter of internet consumer fraud or at the very least misrepresentation. That said,  as I have no family at all alive and am post surgery from  very serious operation. they have taken not only all the money i had to buy food and living staples, ( my advocate is out of town) thus i can not access ay money at all until her return, but, with no money i have not been able to purchase the drugs and supplies neessary for my post surgery recovery. the fraud department claims that once these compsanies do this, and, apparently they do it on a regular basis, it can take p to 2 months to recoup my money. Their e-mail to me clearlyty states my account was charged $ 4.77 which was my expectations and if i did not cancell within 20 days from receipt of the sample, ( not yet even reeived)the redicilous charges would begini have enclosed for your consideration the paper flow of the documentation which relaytes t this whole horror story.
