Progessive Insurance ripoff DOES NOT PAY CLAIMS Rome Georgia

My daughter was in accident in 1999 as pasenger of friend whom was covered by Progessive Ins. I haven't experience accident claims before(thank God)but LeeAnn Bowman was the agent I was assigned to and she continued to tell "Just keep up with the bills and when she is released we will pay everything and compensate you and your daughter for loss of earnings,etc." I believed her/them but was I ever fooled. They laughed in my face,saying they would only pay the ER fees and that was it.I asked why did they lie to me and the reply was that was what they are trained to do-- drag people along until"time of limitation" was out then it's over.
They never paid a dime to no-one!!!
