I ordered via check as the company I work for is a not for profit educational program. I sent a check for $420.55 in January to cover bulb and s&h. Called in February '09 and was told my check would take over 10 days, plus there was "bad weather in NY" where bulb was shipping from. They cashed the check exactly four days after receiving. I called again and customer service not working but their sales number was amazingly! Funny how someone cannot deliver a product can still take orders to steal money. The customer service on line chat was my only option. Once I inquired about order I received a too bad response..if I had paid with a credit card I could go through them but with a check I was out of luck. I filed a complaint with the BBB which projectorlampcenter completely ignored. In my opinion they flat out stole money from a not for profit
