I saw this site about unauthorized billing for promenade as well as a long distance carrier. I did not notice the billing of $96 for promenade made on 6/23/01 until I was posting all my info into the computer. I did notice the unauthorized billing for the long distance carrier and I did get that reversed. I will contact my credit card company, but I am concerned that the time limit may have expired. Since this was not authorized, can I still get my money back?
