So Kiyan is a scam artist that is friends with another scam artist by the name of Khaled Salem. They both live in New York and I found out several things about both of them just by doing research of my own. I also left a comment here under another title that someone created where the two of them were scamming people out of money for apartments they didn't even have possession of.

Last July 2014, I stayed 3 nights at a Midtown apartment that Khaled claimed he and his roommate rented out to tourists. He also claimed to be a real estate agent. Read the other reports about them just by typing in their names: Kiyan Marandi and Khaled Salem.

It appears that the seller is baiting people into a basic scam:

1. He promises something he knows he can't deliver on and he includes documentation to deter you from the fact that his software does not work...at all.

2. When you ask him for help: he insults you for not understanding his terrible tutorial of the craigslist system instead of focusing on the fact that a customer is complaining about his product that doesn't work.

3. Next, you will try to get your money back and he will tell paypal that the buyer is incompetent and that he provided adequate documentation.

4. You resolve to letting the world know how he scammed you only for him to come online and post the personal and confidential information you gave him as a customer.

I purchased the software from craigsflagger.net and it worked fine for me. They send the software to you by email and have to be sure to download it within 15 minutes.

I did have a hard time downloading the software within the required timef, so I had to request the download several times. I can understand how that can be annoying.

This is their procedure to avoid scammers. Once you are set and logged into the members area, you will have access to some great information that will help anyone overcome the challenges we are faced with when posting ads to craigslist.

They are always updating the software and I find it to be a great tool. Be sure to use the tools and implement the strategies that are outlined in the members area of the site and you should see the results you're looking for.

CL for years has always been one step ahead of these so called flag bots for hire, last month anyone could flag by rebooting the modem for local flagging or use dial up for flaging geo location..Recently CL got wise to that and patched it..

Only Ad nuke could flag but they did it manually on the free trial but took your money and stopped flagging. CL flagger has always been full of it, they are rude liars just looking to make a quick buck.

I am a big craigslist poster..I post anywhere between 20 and 50 ads a day..I have clad genius...anyways a few months back a competitor of mine decided 2 start flagging my ads so I grabbed prometheus 2 protect myself and 2 make a long story short. ? It WORKS!! 100%... but i knew that before I bought the program...Maybe you shoulda spent the extra 20 bucks and got the Zion package and read it? Craigslist has rules...no the rules and win the game lol..duh
#1 why people say auto posters and flaggers don't work is because they don't know the rules to the game they are trying to play.

I purchased this in Sept and it did what it was supposed to. I was a happy customer. CL made some changes and it didn't work but they updated it. The update had bugs but did flag ok. Then another update was required. I noticed the problems before they did and they tried to tell me I was using a "bad IP". The next day it was clear an update was required. Support had been a bit rude intiially but I was patient and figured they were stressed and they became less abrasive. This update had even more bugs but once again it did flag ok even though it was getting inefficient to run.

A week or so ago there was yet another update. More bugs. And no effect with its flagging. Their support was an incredibly rude reply that the subnet of IPs I use must all be blocked. As if CL is going to block all IPs used by Comcast for subscribers throughout a region with a population of a couple million. Right.

Each update has more bugs, this one does not work at all. They can not maintain this and will not admit it. Continuing to charge for it is a scam and fraud.

What to expect:

A download link that expires within 24 hours, can't be used from text email, and can't be copied from the email source which is encrypted. Yes, they really are this paranoid about theft. Of a product that doesn't work anyway.

If you complain you will get a rude response blaming it on your IP, even if you are using randomly assigned IPs from a major service providers pool of thousands. If you send another email they will tell you to go away and threaten to route your support to /dev/null  (The most recent were supposedly from "Jackie". I don't know where you even go to find such a person, I'm sure she would not last a day at any legitimate business.)

Apparently if you complain to your credit card company or paypal and get a reversal you will be listed on their webpage and accused of stealing the product. Actually they told me paypal had thrown them off. They blamed this on CL which is mostly owned by ebay which owns paypal. But it could well be that paypal got tired of the disputes and chargebacks. They appear to be accepting it again so I don't know what's up with that.

They may or may not have updated the website but it is NOT a lifetime deal. After six months you need to buy it again. For now. How long until they change it to 4 months, or 3 months? Whatever they say at the time of purchase is irrelevant.

The "tutorials" are a joke. They are poorly written rants and are outdated. They have no value, the only value would be the software itself if, in fact, it still worked.

There are plenty of complaints here and plenty of responses. Read them The replies on here are more or less typical of what you'll get from "support" requests.

This did work at one time and I got it at a point which made the $35 an ok price. Despite the fact that I was sold lifetime upgrades I wouldn't mind paying each 6 months if the program was maintained to it's original standard and was supported. But at this point it is not functional and the only "support" consist of rude rants blaming the customer, the comcast/qwest/charter/verizon/etc IP pool, and anything else they can think of other than the real problem which is the software.

In anticipation of being called clueless (as well slandered, quite possibly), I studied computer engineering and have been working on the internet for 20 years or so, since it first became a public phenomena. I'm not a programmer and don't want to be, I'm happy to pay somebody else $35 for a decent product. But I do understand things like IPs, subnets, etc. Until this last update I was able to manage to get some use out of the successive updates despite the bugs. For 6 months or so. So I am clear about how to switch my IP each time.

Finally, I have been honest about the fact that it was at one time a worthwhile product. If they want to produce an update that is equivalent to the original "lifetime" one, and  they are polite about it, I will be more than happy to update this report with a reply. But until that happens I have to add my voice to the rest of those calling it a ripoff of anyone now paying.

I purchased the software on 2/27/13 and the download never started. I contacted the company through the support email and they told me they would send another link. Never happened. Over the next week I sent four follow up requests. They have never responded. On 3/6/13 I notified my credit card company and they reversed the charge.  

I AM SMARTER THAN ALL OF THOSE SCAMMER FLAGGERS PROGRAMS....think about it CL is richer bigger and smarter than all of the hackers that advertise their fake flagging programs..If yo can buy it CL can buy it and patch it....years ago CL could be hacked but now CL spent a lot of effort stopping the flag hacks..ALL THAT IS LEFT is these scammers looking for SUCKERS to rip off.

I am the leader of the Raleigh Boyz and our club is well known for being the best flaggers on CL, we dont flag income post but we give the personals hell. We are so good at flagging we are mentioned by the CL staff on some of their forums, google raleigh boyz flaggers and you wont find reports about us selling fake software or scamming. We are hated and have had bounties out on us for our personal info...why because we are good flaggers of those whiny wimpy R&R boards.

Because of us the CL staff has made big changes to their flagging settings in 2011 and 2012, making any flag programs before that useless.  Ad Nuke can flag but not as fast as before but they can flag. All I can say is try the flagging software out first before you buy it..Anyone out there with a real program should have no problem giving you a long free trial first.

This is my second reply and perhaps my last regarding the Prometheus
software. Let me start by saying this is intended ONLY for those with
open minds as I realize there are those who will always think the sky's
the ocean even while flying in it.

If you are a SERIOUS business person who can benefit from CL marketing
YOU WANT THIS TOOL. Don't let disgruntled past customers cause you to see smoke
when there's no fire.

Check this out. My Firefox browser did some funky **** recently and all of a sudden my
software stopped working. I contacted support and they told me what to do
and it still didn't help. I was then told I would have to purchase another
one per the tos. Did it feel good? No, but as he explained people are
running serious games out there and we all know it. Just look at what
China does with intellectual property. So I bit the bullet and right before
making my purchase I tested it one last time and voila it was working
again.

Is support short sometimes? Yes. Did I think they were short with me? Yes.
But consider this, imagine being targeted for destruction by a powerful
entity on one hand, targeted by competition on another, targeted by pirates
on another, and hounded by people who refuse to read on the other all the
while constantly working to create a better and more product(s) and trying to
run a business, hell I think I would be a bit short too.

I digress, shortly after my software issue, CL did an update and shut down EVERY flagging
software in the world. The company went in did some updates and now they are bigger
and better and guess who has the only flagger on the planet now?

Now I could have come here and vented like a spoiled brat after being
reminded that I had already agreed to buy another one if mine broke but
in doing so I would have missed out on the new and improved software AND
other offerings I just learned of.

In closing if you are researching to determine if should buy this product
don't take my word for it do what a REAL business person would do.
Go to youtube. See the product in action (it speaks for itself) and keep
in mind "If you break it you buy another one". That policy actually helps
you if you can see past your nose.

Do a search here - hundreds of complaints. Look at the replies - hostile, combatent.  He then posts the persons contact information. Always then followed by a fake positive review. If this is the type of company you want to spend your money with, you deserve to be scammed.

The author of this one was a convicted felon who kept asking the same question again and again, and ya, I told him to read the tutorials 4 times then I told him to f-off because of his bad whiny attitude. The rest of the crew doesnt help me, they just laugh. Its like a initiation. I dont do the complicated code, so I got stuck with this task. I need to handle many thousands of emails from support, technical issues, to confusion, to hate mail.  It also seems some high school cheerleader has her panties in a knot because she was caught stealing our software. (it emails us when this happens) and this b***h from hell has been trying to stalk us since we deactivated her software and membership. Just looking at this thread, it's f*cked up that the company rebutts to the first consumer (the reporter) my blasting him with false allegations. I looked the guy up and all I found on the internet was FAKE websites, more like blogs claiming that he's a conartist. Pfft.. clearly the people or the person behind Craigsflagger got their panties in a twist and fought back the way little girls do--name calling and lies. Well reading the first consumer reply by "Righteous Rules", it's clear that Craigsflagger will do anything to make themselves look good after they've been exposed on how they scam and scam and YELL at customers who have problems with their fake progam. It's so obvious that it's the same person, "Andy from New York" who changed his name and made a fake reply in HOPES that he can save his website's reputation.

After I first found the website, I was scared to just spend my money on something that doesn't work so I looked for reviews and they were BAD. I read another report on here that supported my fears and I never visited that site again. They say to read the tutorials yet they don't know how to design the website so that you can bear to look at it for more than 5 minutes. And I'm sure what other people are saying about the tutorials are true-- you can just google the tips and tricks instead of paying for it. All you're paying for is the Prometheus plug-in I hear. The tutorials is just a bunch of advice they probably stole from the internet as well, along with their stolen copyright pictures from the Matrix. Ha. So sad.

I purchased the software several days ago and through small test have found it to do exactly as advertised. It is VERY robust and the tutorials, add-ons, free upgrades and lifetime membership to their service make this software worth many times more than they are charging.

If you are lazy and unwilling to read the instructions then this software is probably not for you. I have yet to put it completely into action because I am educating myself as they suggested you do prior to contacting support. Bottom line is this I have purchased many software options over the years and this ranks dollar for dollar ahead of ANYTHING I've invested in.

Here's my suggestion, If you are a REAL business person don't let some lazy something for nothing convince from buying this software if so you do so at your own financial peril.

For the undecided I challenge you to read their philosophy and then you will get a hint at who you should believe.

This person tried to get our company to remove his competitors ads for
him. When we refused, he threatened our support staff and was banned
from our site. His above comments are his response to not receiving a
refund. We dont deal with extortionists. And we dont mind the free
advertising. We found out that Kiyan Marandi has been slandering his
competitors who are trying to rent apartments in New York city. Our
company does not target anyone, nor do we remove any ads. Do not buy our
software if you think like this person. Our software is to control
spam, not disrupt people's businesses. People advertising apartments in
New York craigslist have to pay for them, and Kiyan Marandi is
attempting economic fraud by trying to hire individuals and companies to
remove their paid for advertising. If you want to find more about this
individual, to see if he is targeting you, google his name. You can see
this low level scammer all over the internet with his big ideas gone no
where. It is known to us that he is targeting other individuals acting
as real estate brokers in the New York area. We are contacting these
people with his information so they can take actions against his
behavior. He is a known felon with reports about him right here.
