Protect America sells security systems claims them the be free then gets you to purchase additonal items claiming to give refunds if you return items and them refusing to do so after they receive the return. Round Rock Texas

I got a security system from Protect America which was suppose to be free except for shipping and first and last months monitoring fee $79.85. After it arrived I was called by Caesar to see if everything was ok and he talked us into purchasing two glass breakage detectors, which would better protect our home than the motion detector that we had already received and he said the glass breakage detectors were $99.00 each and the motion detector cost was also $99.00 so we could return it for credit when we received to two glass breakage detectors which he charged me $233.20 tax and shipping.

Later when I questioned him he said I should not have been charged shipping and he would refund the $19.36 shipping charge although they only paid $6.35 to ship the items to me. After my return was received they have refused to credit me anything saying the motion detector was part of my package and now no one will even return my phone calls. I have contacted my mastercard company and disputed the charges and had them reversed. These people are a ripoff and should be shut down. There are pages and pages on the internet of complaints on this company everyone avoid PROTECT AMERICA!
