Protection Specialist, owner Fernando Araiza. refuses to pay employees, has his employees say that they are on a property when they arent, makes you put only 80 hours on your time sheet when you worked ALOT more, shows your pay check  for 80 hours and then pays your over time at striaght time under the table cash. there was a body found on one of the properties and he was scheduled to be on duty at the time, the report stated that a guy that has NOT worked for the company in months was on duty meaning that he wrote a report and put some one elses name on it and told the manager

that he fired him because the sight of the body made him sick and he went home, lie lie lie. there was a shooting on the same property where one of his guys were involved, the operations manager got out of bed and showed up, another guy that was not even on duty showed up but Frenando refused to come out. WOW WHAT AN OWNER. Oh yeah Fernando has also been arrested in El Paso for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER and spent time in  DEPT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE HUNTSVILLE.
