publishers Clearing House Sending Merchandise I did not order, Charging for postage or Paying for Postage to send it back. Des Moines, Iowa

I have ordered a few things from Publishers Clearing House.  They have started sending me "Special Free Gifts" with my orders.  If I keep the "Free Gifts" I have to pay a high fee for postage and handling.  If I do not want the items they send me,  they furnish no information on how to send it back.  Since I did not order these items I do not want to pay postage for them or to return them either.  I get ripped off by paying the postage and handling on items I did not order and I get ripped off when I pay to send them back.  They should pay return postage for items I did not order.
