puppyalaskanmalamutes.com scammed me outof 1400.00 for a puppy and shipping. i got no puppy or a refund. Internet

bought an alaskan malamute puppy online for $700.00 plus $150 for shipping. then had a an e-mail from an action pet movers saying they needed another $1100.00 for insurance for the puppy to be delivered. the $1100.00 would be refund when the puppy arrived safely. i ended up paying another $550.00 with the breeder paying the other$650.00. they said the puppy would be delivered to my house the next day. the shipper instead sent an e-mail saying thier vet said the puppy needed a shot and a special crate and it would cost another $750.00.  then i e-mailed them to call me, which they did. i told i would not pay and to either deliver the puppy or send the money back to me, at this time i told them if they refused i would report this as a scam they hung up on me.  i called the shippers phone munber twice only to have it go to voice mail. they never called me back. i e-mailed the breeder and asked for my money back and never got a reply.
