PureBurn PM PureHealth Hoodia, Pure Health Labs ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing discourteous horrible customer service South Jordan Utah

I signed up for the free trial of PureBurn PM as part of a promotion for a free plasma T.V. I did everything they asked me too and I got the free trial less shipping and handling. Everything was going smoothly until I found out that they have a entirely too strict (trying to scam you) policy of 10 days after you order the product you have to cancel. The 10th day fell on a Sunday so there is no way I could have canceled in time. The product didn't even reach me until the 6th day, in which was a Wednesday and it didn't leave me enough time to "try" the product and see if it was effective or not. It was not effective in the first place and so I canceled the following Tuesday because I could not even get through to the call center on Monday.

When the customer service rep answered, they did so in a rude manner and the background noise made it sound like a daycare center for under 3 year olds. The lady canceled my account and a few days later I received a charge for $99+ on my credit card. Turns out they sent me two bottles because I was past my free trial period. I don't see how I could have canceled within a reasonable time frame given the fact my trial ended on a non-business day and the 4 days was not enough to test the product.

I called back to ask for a refund and I was willing to ship it back to them, the lady was extremely rude and the background noise was even louder this time. I asked to speak to the supervisor because I did not appreciate her attitude.

Apparently this company is so fraudulent, they don't even let you speak to a manager or supervisor, they stated they have one but they don't speak to customers which is horrible business practices. I repeated that I am willing to return the bottles because they were sealed and untouched. They don't even accept returns on unopened packages because they are so incredibly greedy.

Worst business practices ever and complete scam, please stay away from this company as far as possible.
