I bought a uramex .22 air rifle the octane model. I also ordered $70 worth of primo pellets for the rifle at the same time. The box was delivered on time and with all contents paid for. Upon removing the rifle from the box,I noticed both fixed sights were heavily canted. Obvious even to a blind man. I tried to zero the rifle with the iron sights and maxed out it was 4 ft low and 4 ft left at 20 yds. I wasted a tin of pellets trying to see if it was correctable. It wasn't. Then I scoped this hard hitting.22 break bbl. No go again. 4 ft low and 4 ft left.@20 yds. So after I scoped it a white water drained out of the stock and down my hand and down the length of the stock. OK I was done with this. I called pyramyd air and they were quick to send for a return ticket as I'm sure they have returned hundreds. I'm positive of that. So I spoke with the returns lady and she said I was Sol on the money I wasted on pumping pallets through this pos. She asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. I wanted an exchange and she was quick to warn me about another model from a different company as it was also a drummed up pos. So I was settled on the replacement. If the replacement is as bad as the first shipment, I will speak to a lawyer.they are knowingly and willingly pushing a detective product. And by continuing to sell this defective product, they are more guilty than the manufacturer. So not only do they refuse to accept any responsibility at all for shipping garbage to people, they won't reimburse for lost merchandise. Is the ammo I wasted. It seems PA is in a delimma. Stop selling known garbage, and return contract kickbacks, or keep selling garbage and cash the checks. After all. All they have to do is ignore any complaint and keep cashing the checks. PA you have to stop what you are doing. Stop trying to make pellet gun shooters feel like novices. I'm a national rifle champion several times. I'm a very humble person. Stop blaming kids and novices for absolute bad business practices. The trigger moved 9|16 left to right and had screws swinging in the breeze. That alone would make anyone send it back.now that I have done a month of reading, this pos has been the same since day 1 Of its production. Despite the glowing reviews on PA . and all the you tube videos produced by PA and others of the supreme quality.the nice trigger and the fraudulent accuracy videos??? Would the average Joe fall for such fraudulent ads? PA should stop straddling the line of legality and just plain out quit lying to people. Revamp the company and quit dodging and ducking. It is going to destroy the company I assure you. Jerry
