QSI Barns Thomas Flanigan Took the money and ran Internet, Texas

We hired Thomas Flanigan on Feb. 9, 2012 to begin construction on a pole barn. It is now 3/22/12 and my husband and myself just completed the job with alot of extra out of pocket expense. Thomas was paid in full and never even supplied all the materials. The building was 3 ft out of square and we had to take it apart and start over. My husband also paid him in full for a carport that they never started and Thomas will not refund our money, nor supply the remaining materials which we paid for upfront. I have hired an attorney and will be taking legal action.
