QSI Barns is owned and operated by Thomas Flanagan. We contacted him in early December 2011 to build a barn. The project was supposed to begin on December 13 and be finished within a few days. Project didn't start until December 19 where a few posts were put in teh ground. A week later, they came back and nailed a few boards to those posts. If you push on the posts, they will fall over and the boards don't meet completely and the nails are sticking out of the boards. The owner, Thomas Flanagan and his son, David, never answer the phone or return calls. It is now January 9, 2012 and there is still no word from these people. After doing some research, I found they have operated in this same manner under the names of Metro Barns and also Barn Clicks. There are many people who have been screwed by these people. They require 60% up front and the remainder when they show up to complete the job. They then get their money and never show back up to complete the job. We are getting ready to sue so if anyone else has had problems with these people, we can do a class action against them.

Hi There,
I just just hired and gave this company a substantial down payment on a barn and just found your report! Did they ever, in fact complete your barn? If so, how is the quality?

After doing a reverse phone number lookup on the number given on the qsibarns website it showed that the number belongs to the address I have for Thomas Flanigan, which is the address he listed as his on my paperwork in Forney, Tx. These are the same people.
