QuiBids Holdings LLC They stole my money and wouldn't refund me very misleading web site Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I went on  Quibids today  to bid on cigars for my husband; the company charged  me 18.00  for bids but the web site is very misleading  it says you dont have to pay if  you  dont win. I didnt win the bid and ALL of my money was taken and i received NOTHING. this web site is a rip off in my opinion/ scam. i attempted to resolve the issue  with the online support and bacially i was told that was my problem  that they were not refunding my credit card and  that they have an A rating  with the BBB. I strongly dout  that they have an A rating and  if they do it  because folks are not  reporting  them for taking their  money.
