quicken loans delmair never closed a loan gave me bad remarks on credit report.said loan was approved 6mo keept asking for info faxed too much info ask question should never ask

went to quicken loans for a refi becouse of a divorce .sent them all kind of info from my bank to quicken and after 6 mo was to close the loan got a pay off three times waiting and waiting no info then i got a call from quicken loans only to be lied to again said i was going to close soon.my credit score was 670 in aug and then my credit is 590 wow they realy did me in.now how am i going to get a refi on this house now i have to sell it .ripoff2
