The Qwest bundling package is loaded with problems. In addition, the two years of billing problems were ALWAYS benefitting Qwest.

Qwest utilized billing practices with Verizon, and Direct TV that caused us to be paying two months in advance for our services.

By cancelling the qwest services, our billing problems with Verizon and Direct TV have come to a complete halt.

No more, calling qwest CS to figure out why our monthly bills were constantly fluctuating, always to the benefit of Qwest!!

Hello this is Steph at Qwest,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced by bundling your Verizon and DirecTV services with your Qwest service.  When a customer receives more than one month of billing beyond the initial bundled bill, it is often a mismatched bill date between our billing date and the other provider's bill date and there are ways to correct that problem.  When the provider presents Qwest with a customer's monthly charges, Qwest pays the provider and then presents the customer with the bill.  I am sorry if this was the situation you went through, if not and you have any other billing issues that have been unresolved or you have additional concerns, please let me know.  You can reach my team directly via this page http://www.socialmedia.qwest.com/ .
