Where to start: Jeff and the old man that own this shop have no idea what they are doing. They do not know anything about the products that they are selling. If something goes wrong, they blame everything on the manufacturer or the person playing with the vehicle. I thought that the whole point of have a hobby shop was to teach the customer about the hobby...but I guess these guys are only going to play with their inventory...
which brings me to another point. I saw Jeff play with three brand vehicles. He opened up sealed boxes, play with the vehicles and then put them back in the box. Selling used products in new boxes is fraud and I hope that you are caught defrauding customers and put out of biz... You are giving the hobby a bad name....get out before its tooo late

I bought a rc vehicle from them over the weekend and it was defective/. I was told that they would not help me as they claimed that I broke it. They would not give me any information on how to contact the manufacturer. WHAT EVER YOU DO GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW THE PRODUCT AND WANTS YOUR BUSINESS I tried to buy an rc today from this shop after looking online. I can not believe that the guy working there lied to me about products after i researched and knew more than him about it.... Even after looking at the products box...again he lied to my face....I will NEVER shop where the people do not know what they are selling....and continue to misrepresent what they are selling
