Ordered 2 paintings as a gift. When I called the company I was told that the paintings will arrive within 30 days. I repeatedly tried to contact the company to see why I hadn't received the paintings after almost 2 months. I didn't get a response to my emails or phone calls. I disputed the amount with my Credit Card company and then I started receiving offensive racist responses, enclosed below:
