RAC inside ashley furniture Rent a center .., Feb 2015.. Got me and husband furniture from them .. They started to changed the contract with payments and policy they charged us taxes i payed them in that moment .. Then i made my 1st payment me and husband march then april in time both. This a*s manager tells us ok you need to clear the payment by may 1 2015 .. We got our furnisher sum on feb 25 some on the 22 of feb the other half in march the 1st week, i was like ok but i didn't sign for that agreement hes like its a new policy .  Laredo Nationwide

They are charging more than it is changing prices removing taxes .. They charging us more taxes they dont have the training they dont follow policy. Agreementa they brake them overcharged .. They always have something new to say .. They charged me the taxes i pay them when they close the agreement for my and husband like 500 dll of taxes. Then to pay off my balance they are re charging us more they they lower the payment . Whats with that its not a game its my money and husband money .. They cant return calls to explain what happening they say that ita confidential our "invoice" .. They dont wanna write the balane when we made payments.. I demand for them to write it they did .. if its a company how c*m they changed numbers .. They said i neverd pay taxes i told them to look for the original invoice .. Then rac tony staye quite and said those are federal taxes im like what .. Hes like well actually its the payment that we request ?? He change everything im super angry dissapointed the bad thing its not only me there are more people .. Just because my credit its not that good or my husband means they can overcharged or changed there mind .. Thats not a serious company we are 1 st buyers never though this a fraud could happend .. But i see there are messed up ppl they want more for them and ashley they win more we customer loose .. Why because we think we can trust them .. But no there are fixing numbers for them for what i dont know ..

But this needs to stop i have all the papers whit me payments invoice bank statement were i swipe my card to pay there taxes .. but they changed everything the worse part is they have everything on there mess up tablet .. its more this is a bad experience a black dream .. I hope some one could read this and help us to fix this .. We are paying off everything but i feel they are doing dirty work since i 1 st got there 1 call telling my husband that they are going to chared him the montage that they cant see it in te invoice. In our invoice they charged it .. So they are just steeling money . We eventually didnt agree and tell them well thats not out problem look for it because they charged that insurance to the invoice . They never calls us again then the 90 days then that taxes they recharging taxes .. lowering out balance .. Im not happy at all for that ..
