I saw an article about a face cream that would reduce fine lines & wrinkles & restore my aging skin to 10 years ago appearance within a 30 day period. It had Joanna Gaines & Ellen Degeneres & Rosie O'Donnell among other non-celebrity users who claimed it was a great product. I ordered the free 14 day trial samples of "Repair & Release" cream & "Bright eyes" cream using the internet. It took 7 days to receive the items. I tried both products and developed a mild rash around my eyes within a few days. I did not see any change in the wrinkles or fine lines on my face so was not satisfied with the cream either.

I had printed out the "Trial Use Offer and Subscription"when I originally placed the order and & per this, contacted the company by email at "support@radiantrevive.com" (in writing) using "Cancellation" in the Subject heading, per their direction. I received an email reply from "support@radiantrevive1.freshdesk.com" to call 1-855-633-0203. When I called the # I spoke with "Tina" who kept wanting to sell me additional products. While she was very nice, she would not take no for an answer so I hung up after stating I only wanted to cancel per their Terms & Agreement.

Unfortunately I did not receive an RMA # from her to return the package. I went ahead & packaged the items in the original box, made copies of all the correspondence & mailed the products back to the address of "2618 Battleground Ave., STE A #197, Greensboro, NC 27408, USA". I discovered this is a UPS store, but had no other address available to return the product to, so sent it with "Signature Required". Two days later I discovered charges for $89.95 & $88.47 had occurred in my bank account from Radiant Revive 7 & Radiant Revive 13. I called the # again to tell them I had returned the products, but the # 1-855-633-0203 was "unavailable".

Within the 30 day statement regarding returns in the Terms & Agreement, I received confirmation the returned package was delivered to an individual (probably the person working the UPS store).  During the delivery timeframe, I contacted my bank about the fraudulent charges & received a refund from my bank. I had just received paperwork from my bank that they needed for the original fraudulent charges when I discovered an additional $88.47 & $89.95 charges had just occurred.

I immediately contacted my bank again, and was told this was a completely separate charge from the previous charges. I have NOT received any additional products, nor want to. This company has not fulfilled their own "Terms & Agreement" and continue to charge me for something I have cancelled per their Terms & Agreement. I have had to cancel the card I used for the original "free trial products" and have filed additional fraudulent charges with my bank, and now RipOffReport.com website.
