I BOUGHT TWO PANASONIC KXTG5240M TELEPHONES FROM RADIO SHACK AND PAID FULL PRICE FOR THEM. WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPENED THE BOX THE MANUAL WAS MISSING FROM ONE PHONE AND WHEN I PLUGGED IN THE PHONES AND CHARGED THE BATTERYS I FOUND THAT I HAD SOMEONE ELSES GREETING AND PHONE NUMBERS PROGRAMMED IN THE PHONES.

I HAD ALL OF MR. ROBUCKS BUSINESS CONTACTS IN MY PHONE.
I TOOK THE PHONE BACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT ORDER ME A NEW ONE AND THAT THE MODEL I HAD WAS DISCONTINUED.

HOWEVER, THEY STILL ADVERTISED THE PHONE ON THEIR DISPLAY.

THESE WERE NOT NEW PHONES AND HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT BY SOMEONE ELSE.
