ralph willaims kefa sang DONT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR 876 NUMBER jamicia, Wisconsin

ok , i recieved a phone call form this ralph willaims saying each month as i paid my utilities i was entered into a lotto drawing . i had won a 2009 marsades and 1.5 million dollars. all i was required to do was send in 100.00 to this address and as soon as my name cleared his boss would give him the ok to bring the car and check.he also said he would take me to the bank becuz i didnt have a checking account and set up one personal escorted by yours truly Ralph Williams.

i kept saying for 2 days walmarts machines were down and i couldnt make the transaction, so then he got angry,started saying inappropriate things.

i calloed my neice which worked for the county attorneys office, i three wayed her on the phone with him and she act like she was me,she then acted like she was a attorney and ask where he was he told her in my home town and what he was driving.she then told him my son was a cop and he would be looking for the truck he was in. an he started calling her some really bad names and saying really bad stuff to her.

she was all cool about everything and told him he would be investigated then he got really upset with her.

still the phone calls came in for 2 other days a total of 4 days...

the last time i spoke with him i told him to take my check and the car i supposedly won, and have himself a good christmas on me.

then the next day someone called again all day long but i didn't answer it..
i called the state police they told me to call the FBI and they said because they wasn't in our country there wasn't anything they could do. just make sure i didn't send any money and not answer any more phone calls.
