Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando - fort Lauderdale Vacations Offered me, what was supose to be an awesome vacation package and when I found ripoff reports about the company and called them to tell them i changed my mind they got rude and vulgar. Fort Lauderdale Florida

I received in the mail, a voucher for a trip to Ramada Plaza Resorts, a cruise to the Bahamas plus a trip to Las Vegas and Mexico. It sounded like a remarkable deal and I gave them my number for my prepaid credit card. Later in the evening I got curious about the Resort so I looked it up online and found all these bad reports against the company that gave me this vacation deal. I called them back and told them I didnt want the trip because of all the reports I found against them. The gentleman put a woman on the phone to speak to me and when i told her I didnt pay anything yet she asked me what my problem was.

I told her I wanted to make sure they wouldn't go ahead and take money off my card because of the reports I found and she got vulgar with me. I called my credit card and had it canceled. Hopefully I wont get any threats from this company about turning me over to collections agencies. one of the men I spoke to is named John Vivone and one is Jamal. I don't remember the womans name.
