Ramada Plaza Resorts orlando vacations john mcdean Ft. Lauderdale Florida

i got travel voucher of $1600 stating that i need to call them with a confirmation #360767064, When i called them on 20-May-07 around 12:30 PM, they told me about the details of travel package along with the discount they are providing. But once i said i need time to think over before finalizing it, the promotional manager (someone named John Mcdean) took over the line & start behaving very badly, used abuse languange. He even started talking about the culture we belong to & said you people can not take decision on their own & when i asked to spell his full name he disconnected the phone.

We felt very bad that how can he speak about our culture, i have never listen any such language before in USA, this is the first time i have experienced such a bad behaviour
