There is far too little information in the rip off story to know what happened. However, based on the two sentences provided it appears that resort reservations made and paid but after wife became pregnant customer tried to get money back claiming hazardous to her health or something similar. To me that reeks of BS.

Blaming Ramada for trying to honor their contract while you are trying to void yours at the last minute is not fair and proper. If you notified them plenty of time ahead of time fine they should refundm but last minute no they should not.

You and your wife created the pregnancy, not Ramada resorts, although I am pretty sure they have assisted in creating a few pregnancies during customers stay at the resorts. You need to assume the responsibility of self imposed situation and not blame Ramada. Honor your contratc and honor your word. Unless there is more to the story, my response stands.
